We enjoyed our 2-night stay in a queen room with a beautiful view.

The best part was the friendly and helpful staff here 🌟 the location was really great - just a quick 5-minute walk from Piazza Walther. Plus, being so close to restaurants and bars was a big bonus for sure.

The room was spacious and recently renovated, featuring a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, fridge, and tea/coffee making facilities - a pleasant surprise, along with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a nice bathroom.

After a long drive, we had a great night's sleep at Hotel Figl. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the historic downtown area. The hotel staff arranged reasonably priced parking for us just a three-minute walk away. In the morning, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of cold options, including lots of fruit. The staff were friendly and helpful, even looking up bus schedules for us. Our room was quiet, clean, and had a good-sized bathroom with a great shower. The elevator was a bonus, especially because I had recently had foot surgery. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this fabulous family-run hotel in the heart of town. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the old town and near all the main attractions. The decor was stylish and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the coffee was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, even looking up bus schedules for us. The room was quiet and the bathroom was clean with a good shower. We also enjoyed eating outside on the shaded patio.

The air conditioning was off during our stay and the manager was rude when we mentioned it.

The guest room we were given had central heating, a safe and multi-channel TV.

Everything was simply great. Liked my excellent stay on vacation. The location was excellent and wonderful, minute walk from Piazza Walther. Plus, it was close to the train / bus station, and many restaurants. I’d say that room was good-sized, it had tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator, that's convenient The staff was very attentive and exceptionally welcoming and the owner too.

The hotel is located right in the center of the mountain town, close to city center. It is in the best location for touring, near the train/bus station, cable car and tourist attractions. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are clean with a nice continental breakfast. The hotel also offers a selection of wine by the glass and a great atmosphere.

The breakfast area can get crowded if other guests arrive at the same time or when the staff is replenishing food.

Overall the room is neat, attractive and includes a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a refrigerator.

Great location near train station and Piazza Walther. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean, tastefully decorated rooms with comfortable beds and AC. Excellent breakfast with variety and no background music. Lovely patio. Would choose again for my Bolzano accommodations.

Ideal hotel located in a historic area near Christmas markets, Iceman museum, city center, and Seiser Alm cable car. Plenty of breakfast options to choose from. - Favourable and perfect location close to Ca' de Bezzi. Thoroughly enjoyed this place.
